Victor Peacock
Australian trooper Victor Peacock, a medic, survived the war, but he had clearly seen his fair share of the hell that was World War One.
Victor Peacock enlisted in 1914 and served with the 1st Light Horse Field Ambulance 3rd Reinforcement. After being wounded at Gallipoli he was sent to hospital in England, then returned to Australia and was medically discharged in 1916.
